I am now currently studying abroad in China, and I have been reflecting on my decision to休学.
As a student, I have always been focused on my studies and wanted to achieve my goals. However, my health has been suffering due to various reasons, and I decided to take a break from school to prioritize my health and well-being.
In the past few months, I have been able to take time off to work on my physical health, and I have found that it has been incredibly beneficial. I have lost a significant amount of weight and my strength has increased significantly. I have also been able to focus on my mental health by taking care of myself and engaging in activities that I enjoy.
While I am happy to have taken the time off, I understand that it may not have been the best decision for my academic future. I will need to re-start my studies soon, and I am feeling a bit nervous about how I will approach it.
However, I am confident that my health and well-being are more important to me than my academic success. I will make the best of the time I have off and work hard to achieve my goals once again.
